How long does it take to find a buyer?
Typically, we can find a buyer for your deal in 7 days or less of you submitting to us. As we're getting feedback from buyers we'll keep you updated in case a price reduction could help the sell.
Can you find buyers for creative deals (sub-to, seller finance etc?)
Absolutely! In fact, creative deals typically sell faster and for more money than traditional wholesale deals. Rest assured if you've got a deal, we've got a buyer for it.
What's the split?
We do 50/50 splits on all of our JV deals. Meaning, you get 50% of the profit for bringing in the seller, and we get 50% of the profit for bringing in the buyer.
Do you accept all deals?
No we don't! We have a rigorous vetting process that all properties go through. You can trust that if we have approved your property for distribution that it meets our buyer's criteria.
